Nancy A. Lee is the founder and managing attorney of Lee & Associates, P.C. Nancy concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate matters (including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing) and small to mid-sized business formation.
Nancy is a graduate of Smith College and Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Nancy served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler, United States District Court of Massachusetts, and was a legal intern at Nixon Peabody LLP, Davis, Malm & D'Agostine P.C., and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Prior to starting Lee & Associates, P.C., Nancy was an associate attorney at Gilmartin, Magence & Ross LLP in Boston and The Law Office of Elizabeth J. Grimes, LLC in Newton.
In her spare time, Nancy is a guest speaker at home buying seminars for the Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC), Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. (QCAP), the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation and other first time home buying seminars in the Greater Boston area. Nancy serves on the Board of Directors for the Boston chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) and the Board of Directors for the Boston chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Nancy was born and raised in the Boston area and also speaks two dialects of Chinese fluently: Cantonese and Toisanese.
In 2015, Nancy was named a "Rising Star" by New England Super Lawyers, an honor given to no more than 2.5% of all attorneys in Massachusetts. In 2019, Nancy was named by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of its "Top Women of Law," celebrating the achievements of exceptional women lawyers who are pioneers, educators, trailblazers and role models.
